Awful Customer Service

Review: I received a wrong T-shirt I ordered and I admit I was a bit annoyed. I expressed that in an email to customer service and received a very angry, basically psychotic email back telling me "people like me were the company's pet peeve." I would "have to send the shirt back" with no explanation of reimbursement and just really sarcastic in nature - buyer beware of this company. When I told the rep I was really ticked off and would post a review of his company, he said "cool - let me know where it is." OK Francis - lighten up! Ha - I kept the shirt - let them keep my money and gave the shirt to a friend. Not worth the trouble or crazy emails. Shop at Zzounds or MusiciansFriend!
